Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare proposals you ask for.
• To keep a record of our correspondence with you.
• To keep the website secure and working properly.

We rely on your consent (given on the contact form) and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not sell your information or use it for automated decision-making.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months. Information relating to client work is kept for as long as our contract and legal obligations require.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the website and email, under agreements that require them to protect it, or where the law requires us to.
